To Apply for a Grant:

1)  File a Letter of Intent (below) at least 30 days prior to the grant application deadline.  If you have previously received a grant from the Foundation, you do not have to file a letter of intent.

2)  If project is deemed eligible, please read the grant guidelines and submit a grant application by the deadline.

3)  Once your project is completed, you must fill out an evaluation and return it to the Foundation. You have one year from the project start date to complete the evaluation.
