Types of Funds

Administrative -You can provide for the operation of the Foundation by a gift to the Administrative Fund .

Designated -If you have a particular charitable organization that you would like to help, you can establish a designated fund.

Donor Advised - You may establish a "Donor Advised" fund which allows you to play an active role in recommending grant recipients. You will work with our Grant Review Committee to identify ways to address community needs you care most about.

Field of Interest -If you have a particular interest in, say, youth programs, you can direct your gift to that "field of interest". Proceeds from your gift will be used exclusively for that purpose. The Foundation already funds several fields of interest and will establish others in the future.

Scholarship - You may create a scholarship or contribute to an established scholarship. Your specifications about eligible applicants, types of education, decision-making processes, and other considerations will be followed to the letter.

Unrestricted -Making an unrestricted gift will benefit all aspects of community life because grants from your gift will be made where needs are greatest at that time. Foundation Board and staff monitor community issues and concerns, through collaboration with other community agencies and by formal needs assessment surveys.
